WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please plan to arrive at the REACH Museum between 4:30PM and 4:45PM to allow time to find a seat for the ceremony that is scheduled to start at 5pm.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
There are loads of wonderful hotels nearby. We’ve also secured discounted room blocks at Home2 Suites by Hilton Richland, the Richland Riverfront Hotel and Conference Center, the Baymont by Wyndham Kennewick, and the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Pasco. These will fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early for the best availability. Please visit the "Nearby Hotels" page for links and more information.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Think nice but casual, shorts or a dress, sandals or flats (the terrain isn’t exactly heel-friendly), whatever you will be comfortable in. The ceremony will take place at the Sundial Platform just outside the Museum’s doors, with views of the Columbia River and we will be dancing into the night under the outdoor pavilion. It will most likely be a warm summer evening until the sun goes down, so plan ahead for changing weather.
WHAT IF I HAVE MOBILITY CONCERNS?
The REACH Museum has a paved drop-off at the front entrance, accessible parking, and accessible restrooms. If you need additional assistance (seat escort, companion seating, or help navigating the site), please contact us in advance at [contact email/phone] so we can make arrangements to ensure your comfort.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?
The reception will begin following the ceremony at the REACH Museum as well. Grab a drink at one of the beverage stations and enjoy the buffet, then check out the dessert table for something sweet and head to the dance floor!
DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?
The museum will be closed to the public for our ceremony and reception. Entry for invited guests is included, and we’ll provide a buffet, desserts, and a full open bar serving beer, wine, and signature his‑and‑hers cocktails. Everything is covered—tips for bartenders are appreciated but entirely optional.
